Contact usThis program is designed for youth ages six (6) to twenty-one (21). We are striving to make a difference in the lives of young people, in communities where it is most needed. We want to encourage, instill and foster the belief in our young people, that they are important, they matter we expect excellence from them. We are willing to support and work with them to become successful future leaders. We want to teach young people that it does not matter who they are, where they live, or their family's make up. Young people will learn they can make a difference in their own lives and that of others. In our programs we want young people to not just dream, but actually see themselves as the world's future business men and women, doctors, lawyers, farmers, and even entertainers.
We know that reaching today's young people is no easy task. It will take hard work and good programs like ours to help them realize the many avenues and possibilities open to them. Young people must be taught that success, comes with hard work, but it can also be fun ! and that is how our programs are designed ! to make learning fun. It is a challenge, and we are willing to accept this sacred challenge to save our youth. We cannot do this alone. We need your help. We need donations to fund program workshops, donations of time, equipment and/or gifts from companies and/or individuals. Research has shown that by keeping our youth busy, we keep them out of trouble. Our monitored, supervised programming, can mean the diference in a teen ending up incarcerated, a teen parent, or falling victim to drug use or street violence.
Young people want to participate in activities and programs. However, parents many times, are unable to afford registration fees and or equipment and supplies required for participation and we do not want to see any young person left out. Programs, such as this, are designed to build self-esteem, keep young people interested, motivated and on the right road to success. The children really are our future. Won't you help us provide them with the tools and resources they will need to become tomorrow's leaders.
As we all know, these programs require funding, volunteerism and lots of work. FLDP, Inc., is willing and excited to take on the challenge. We ask that you share this challenge with us, and we will share their successes with you. We ask for your donations and/or sponsorships for the programs we offer. No gift is too large or too small.
